How to View or Download Files from the Resources Page.

There are different types of downloadable files on cutt.ly/salbasiagape; 1.Direct link files - these are files that are directly stored on the site. Which means that, when you click on a button that links to a direct linked file, immediately it will prompt you to download to your device. 2. Cloud stored files - These are files that, are stored on a different server (external server) cutt.ly/salbasiagape, uses cloud storage powered by Degoo. Which means that when you click on a link that leads to a file stored on Degoo, you'll be redirected to the Salbasi Agape Degoo server there, you can find what you need.

How to download or view files from Salbasi Agape cloud server (powered by Degoo)

1. If you have been redirected to a parent folder in Degoo, you then select the folder you want and the click on the file to view it. It will open a view tab. On this tab, there's a plus sign which you can click as many times as you need to make the document bigger (zooming in) or the minus button to reduce the size (zooming out).

At the edge of this same view tab there's an arrow which will show you more options if you click it. To download directly after the view tap is open, you can also click on the three dots beside the heart shape at the bottom of the page. Lastly if you don't want to view the document just downloaded directly, you can press hold the file and more options will appear at the bottom to either open or download. Click on download to download into your device. 2. If you have been directed to a direct file, one of two things might happen; The view tab will open directly: You can click on the three dots beside the heart sign below to download and you can also, click on the arrows at the top right hand corner of the view tab to reveal the download option.

The view tab doesn't open but you can see the file you need: You can press hold to view the download options below or click once on the file to open, then click on the three dots beside the heart sign below to download. Can't find what you need;

Use the search button and type the name of your file. Try opening another folder if you can see any. Leave a message by going to cutt.ly/salbasiagape then click on the menu for more options and select contact from the list then leave a message. Or visit cutt.ly/sa_resourses and click on the report button below the page, to leave a message.
